Our Impact
Investment that stays in Pennsylvania.
The NeighborWorks network consists of housing and community development organizations across the country, including sixteen organizations serving Pennsylvania.
In fiscal year 2025 alone, the network generated more than $210 million of total investment in Pennsylvania’s local economies — $108 of investment for every dollar of federally appropriated grant funds. NeighborWorks chartered members are the only organizations guaranteed by law to receive matching federal dollars for state and local money secured to help families purchase and preserve their homes.
